Clinical and compliance

The hard part is not the website

Corporate-practice-of-medicine structure, BAAs, provider independence, and formulary policy are the product. This page is the public version of that split.

Merenval does not practice medicine

Independent licensed providers make clinical decisions. The partner cannot prescribe, change dose, diagnose, or advise medically.

State rules are the routing layer

Telehealth licensure is not a slogan. Coverage is only claimed where clinician and pharmacy paths actually exist.

Compounded GLP-1s are not the plan

FDA policy is tightening. The operating model has to survive branded-drug access, not only compounded copies.

Pharmacy diligence is ongoing

Licensing, patient-specific basis, COAs, recalls, shipping exceptions. A logo on a homepage is not diligence.

Claims need a source

No typical-results banners. No invented partner counts. No 'zero compliance issues.' Testimonials, if used later, will be real and disclosed.
